Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KENZAKA Shigenori Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be required : 78 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Work to dispose of contaminated soil at Shichikenba district in Yasu-Ritto Bypass, 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of the contract to 31 May, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Mikami, Yasu-shi, Shiga-ken ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have "offer of services" in Kinki Area, in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024 in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③ have permission under Article 14-4, Paragraphs 1 and 6 of the Waste Disposal Law. ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Kinki Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Tender Opening. ⑤ not be the stated person under the commencement of reorganization proceedings or under the beginning of rehabilitation proceedings (except for the person who has the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification). ⑥ acquire the electric certification in case of using the Electric Tendering system https://www.geps.go.jp/ ⑦ The person who obtained the tender manual from official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity directly ⑧ not be the person that a gangster influence management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 12 : 00 20 October, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 28 November, 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : FUJII Takayuki the first Purchase Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Kinki Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism 3-1-41, Otemae, Chuou-Ku, Osaka-Shi, Osaka-Fu, 540-8586, Japan TEL 06-6942-1141 ex. 2536
