① not come under the Article 30 of The Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
② not come under the Article 31 of The Japan Health Insurance Association Order concerning the accounts regulations
③ Possess the Grade A in "Service" in terms of the qualification for participating In tenders by the Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal year 2022, 2023, and 2024
④ prove to have the ability to provide sufficient service with certainty
⑤ prove to have no false statement in tendering application forms or attached documents
⑥ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating
⑦ Being the person who does not take compensation for damages request from The Japan Health Insurance Association
⑧ Do not come out of The Japan Health Insurance Association during a period taking a nomination stop about duties
⑨ Enterprise have qualification of Privacy mark, ISO/IEC27001 or JIS Q 27001
⑩ Enterprise have qualification of ISO9001 or qualification to follow
⑪ pass prior documents examination
⑺ Time-limit for Tender : 12 : 00, 13 September, 2023
