Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Motoyuki Kumakura, the Obligating Officer, Directorof Budget and Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of the Environment. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 71, 29 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Work related to construction, operation and maintenance of the Ministry of the Environment GIS integrated infrastructure system for the fiscal year 2023 ⑷ Fulfillment period : The period will be specified later. ⑸ Fulfillment place : The place will be specified later. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② have Grade A, B, C or D qualification during fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024 in Service of kinds of "Software Development" or "Information processing" for paticipation in tenders by the Ministry of the Environment (Single qualification for every ministry and agency). ③ are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ④ meet the qualification requirements which the obligating officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the cabinet order. ⑤ pledge to excluding crime syndicates and other illegal organization defined in the tender manual. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00, 14 September, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract Section, Budget and Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of the Environment, 1-2-2 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8975 Japan.
