⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ①Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ②Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③Have Grade A or B "Manufacture of goods" "Sale of products" or "Offer of Services" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders related to the Ministry of Justice (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year 2022, 2023, 2024. ④Meet the qualification requirements which The Obligating Officer Director may specify in accordance
with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order. ⑤Prove to have ability to lease the products concerned by themselves and by a third party, should the products requested through this notice be leased by a third party.
⑺ Time limit for tender : 17 : 00, 13 September 2023
⑻ The valid tenderer, who is able to be gained the highest result based on Comprehensive evaluation method determined by tender explanation within limits of the scheduled price that is prepared as prescribed by Article 79 of Cabinet Order on Budgets, the Settlement of Accounts, and Accounting, is regarded as the successful tender.
