Nagoya Regional Taxation Bureau. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in 44 office buildings. ① Contract Demand 2,590kW, The estimated electricity 5,007,000kWh ② Contract Demand 3,120kW, The estimated electricity 4,382,000kWh ⑷ Period of service : From November 1, 2023 through October 31, 2024. ⑸ Place of service : Refer to the Tender Explanation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, person under Conservatorship or person under Assistance that have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have Grade "A, B, C or D" Manufacture or Sale in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Organizations in Tokai・Hokuriku area related to the Ministry of Finance in the fiscal years, 2022, 2023 and 2024 (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) ④ Have not received suspension of designated contractor status, etc, from any ministry or agency (including person specially qualified by officials in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity). ⑤ A person whose business situation or trustworthiness is deemed not to have significantly deteriorated and whose proper performance of a contract can be guaranteed. ⑥ Have registered in accordance with article 2-2, of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. ⑦ Fulfill the requirement mentioned in the tender explanation that are stated from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Time-limit for application : 4 : 00 PM, September 12, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 PM, September 13, 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : OISHI Masaki, Procurement Section, Accounts Division, Nagoya Regional Taxation Bureau, 3-3-2 Sannomaru Naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-8520, Japan, TEL. 052-971-2071
