Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Oda Susumu, Director of Employment Insurance Division, Employment Security Bureau, Matsunaga Hisashi, Director of Worker"s Compensation Administration Division, Labour Standards Bureau, and Mori Masahiro, the Obligating Officer, Director of Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Repairing system for Monthly Labour Survey on-line system ⑷ Fulfillment period : March 29, 2024 ⑸ An observance of a fulfilment place : The place specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance who have obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Have the Grade A or B "offer of services etc" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Are not being suspended from transactions by request of the officials in charge of contract. ⑤ Prove to have no false statement in tendering documents. ⑥ Prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating. ⑦ Meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 6 September 2023. ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Miku Hashiguchi, Accounting Section, Employment Insurance Division, Employment Security Bureau, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare, 1-2-2, Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8916 Japan TEL 03- 5253-1111 ex. 5754
