Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : NAKAZAKI Takeshi Director General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau ⑵ Classification of the services to be Procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : improvement of the shared system about the road disaster prevention information 1 set ⑷ Fulfillment period : From the next day of a conclusion of a contract through 29 February, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment place : Chugoku Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ② have Grade A, B, C or D on "provision of services" in Chugoku Area in term of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every Ministry and agency) for the purpose of procurement in the fiscal year of 2022, 2023, 2024 ③ not have filed a petition for the commencement of reorganization proceedings under the Corporate Reorganization Act or the commencement of rehabilitation proceedings under the Civil Rehabilitation Act (except those who have done the procedure of reapplication under the notification of the competing participation qualification) ④ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Chugoku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for submission of certificate to Bid Opening ⑤ not be the Building constructor that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned ⑥ have proven to have actually fulfillment the service with performance similar to that of the service concerned ⑦ have downloaded the bid manual from the Electric Procurement system, or have obtained the bid manual from orderer directly ⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 17 : 00 18 August, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00 11 September, 2023 ⑼ Contact point for the notice : OMO Yumiko First Purchase Section, Contract Division, General Affairs Department, Chugoku Regional Development Bureau, Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism, 6-30 Kamihatchobori, Naka-ku, Hiroshima-shi, Hiroshima-ken, 730-8530 Japan TEL 082-221-9231 ex. 2536 ⑽ Acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Procurement system https://www.geps.go.jp/
