⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
① not come under Article 70 and 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
② have Grade A, B or C on "Selling of products" in : ①・②・③Kanto・Koshinetsu Area④・⑤Tokai・Hokuriku Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022/2023/2024.
③ not be under suspension of nomination by Director-General of Hokuriku Regional Development Bureau from Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for qualification to Bid Opening.
④ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electric Bidding system

⑤ obtained a bid manual from the person of ordering directly :
・Person who received tender explanation form from electronic procurement system
・Person who received from the orderer by CD-R or mail
⑥ not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned.
⑦ have proven to have actually delivered the products concerned or to be possible to deliver the products concerned about the person who haven"t actually deliverd.
⑧ have proven to be possible to deliver the products concerned quickly and certainly.
⑨ other details, by the tender documentation.
⑺ Time-limit for submission of certificate : 12 : 00, 16 August, 2023.
⑻ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 31 August, 2023.
