Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of the contract of the procuring entity : IKEDA koji, Director General of Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 2 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Kerosene JIS No.1 K2203 330,000 liter. Attention : As the scheduled supply of de-icing agents is the expected quantity based on the past record of supplies, it does not guarantee the actual supplied amount. ⑷ Delivery period : From the next day of contract through 30 April 2024. ⑸ Delivery places : Hidakiyomi interchange in Tokai-Hokuriku Expressway, Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited : 318, Natsuumaya, Kiyomi-Town, Takayama-City, Gifu, Japan, and other 15 places. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are those who shall ① not come under Article 11 of the Central Nippon Expressway Company"s regulation concerning the contract procedures. ② have been qualified through the examination of the documents submitted. Submit following documents till 16 : 00 28 August 2023. (by registered mail till 16 : 00 28 August 2023) ・Copy of the commercial register ・The latest financial statements ・Copy of certificate of tax payment ・Document describing the company career ③ Have proven to have actually sold or delivered more than 165,000 liter of Kerosene JIS No.1 K2203 in a year, during the period from April 1, 2018 to March 31, 2023. ④ At the moment of application, it must be possible to own or rent a small tanker truck (load capacity : more than 2t and less than 4t) with an oil supply hose (length : 20 meters or longer) connectable to the oil filling port. ⑤ Have proven to be able to bring the products to the requested places within 24 hours after orders are issued. ⑥ not have capital relationship and personnel relationship with other bidders. ⑦ have not received suspension of registered contractor status or trader after the acceptance of application form for this tender. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 28 August 2023 (Tenders submitted by registered mail : 16 : 00 28 August 2023) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Contract Division, General Affairs and Corporate Strategy Department, Nagoya Branch, Central Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 2-18-19 Nishiki, Naka-ku, Nagoya, 460-0003, Japan.
