Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ; ② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; ③ Have Grade A, B, C or D in the area of services in terms of a qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024; ⑺ Date and time for tender explanation meeting : 3 : 00 PM. 20 July, 2023 ⑻ Time-limit for verification documents : 5 : 00 PM. 28 August, 2023 ⑼ Time-limit for tender : 5 : 00 PM. 30 October, 2023 ⑽ Contact point for the notice : Ikuta Masahiro, Welfare Planning Office, Budget and Accounts Division, Minister"s Secretariat, Ministry of Economy, Trade and Industry 1-3-1 Kasumigaseki, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8901 Japan.
