Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Sansho Kouichi Director of the General Affairs Department, Kagoshima Labour Bureau ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : A rental contract of 46 computers and a maintenance complete set ⑷ Delivery period : From Contract day through 31 March 2028 ⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ not be during a period of receiving the nomination stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ④ have Grade A, B or C in "offer of services etc." in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ⑤ not describe false facts in the application form. ⑥ not be in an extremely deteriorate business condition or a creditworthiness. ⑦ Observe the laws and ordinances related to the labor. ⑧ have the qualification specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity, based on a rules of Article 73 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 16 : 00 PM, 28 August 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Nishida・Urano, Kagoshima Labor Bureau General Affairs Division Accounting 2, 13-21 Yamashitacho, Kagoshima-shi 892-8535, Japan.
