Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : MOTOO Ryuichi, Director, Accounts Division, General Affairs Department, House of Representative ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 14, 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be leased : Setting-up of systems to issue and control government workers" ID cards and to control gates, and lease of related equipment, one set ⑷ Lease period : From 1 Mrach 2024 to 29 February 2028 ⑸ Place : As designated in the tender document ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Eligible to participate in the proposed tender are suppliers who : 1 )do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order on the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; this stipulation is waived for minors or other persons under the supervision of a guardian or assistant, provided that they have the supervising person"s consent to enter into a contract ; 2 )do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order on the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ; 3 )are classified as Grade A in tender of services in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders invited by the House of Representatives (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) by the Kanto Koshinetsu Area for the purpose of procurement in fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024 ; 4 )have not had their designated contractor status suspended by the House of Representatives ; 5 )have a record of having set up and supplied systems to issue and control smart cards and to control gates in the period between 1 April 2011 and 31 March 2023 ; and 6 )have received ISMS/ISO/IEC27001 (international) or JIS Q 27001 (domestic) certification, or Privacy Mark license ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 17 : 00, 31 August 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : EBISU Teiichiroh, Contract Section, Electric Equipment Division, General Affairs Department, House of Representatives, 1-7-1 Nagata-cho, Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-0014, Japan.
