⑷ Contract period : From the day after the contract is concluded, to the date of completion of dismantle and removal property.
⑸ Rental period : 1460 days from the day after the building delivery date
The deadline for the delivery of the building is, in principle, 29 February 2024. If the date of delivery of the building is delayed due to an unavoidable reason, such as an application to an administrative agency, consultation with the ordering party shall be held in advance.
⑹ Delivery place : Saga Operation Office, Kyushu Branch, West Nippon Expressway Company Limited, 2630 Kuchii, Yamato-cho, Saga City, Saga Prefecture
⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the open tender are who shall :
① not come under Article 6 of the administrative instruction of the Contractual Rules of the West Nippon Expressway Company Limited,
② submit a copy of a tax payment certificate published within the past three months and formulated in either formats of 3, 3-2 or 3-3 prescribed by Article 9 of the Enforcement Regulations of the National Tax Act,
③ The applicant must demonstrate a rental track record of the same scale or more with respect to the standards and dimensions shown in the special specifications later than FY2018.
④ The leased building must have certifications for prompt back-up services and maintenance system in place.
⑻ Time-limit for the submission of application forms and relevant documents for the qualification : 4 : 00 P.M. 26 July 2023 (submitted by mail : 4 : 00 P.M. 25 July 2023)
⑼ Time-limit for tender : 4 : 00 P.M. 6 September 2023
