Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : Hayashi Hisayoshi Director of General Affairs Division, Yokohama Quarantine Station. ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 24, 53, 57 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the services to be required : Relocation of Yokohama Quarantine Station, Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare Center for tests and analysis on Imported Foods and Infectious Diseases and Establishment of new inspection room. ⑷ Performance period : From Sep 1, 2023 through Mar 29, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : The place specified by the Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting ③ have Grade 「A」 or Grade 「B」 on "Service" in the Kanto-Koshinetsu Area in terms of qualification for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024 ④ prove to have no false statement in tendering documents ⑤ prove neither the business condition nor credibility is deteriorating ⑥ meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 73 of the Cabinet Order ⑦ do not be a period receiving a nomi-nation stop from Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 12 : 00, Aug 25, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Chief of the Accountant General Unit, General Affairs Division, Yokohama Quarantine Station, 1-1 Kaigandori Naka-ku Yokohama city Kanagawa 231-0002 Japan TEL 045- 201-4458
