⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall :
A not come under Article 6 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Global Health and Medicine. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause ;
B not come under Article 7 of the Regulation concerning Contract for National Center for Global Health and Medicine ;
C have Grade A, B or C in "Provision of Services and management" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Health, Labour and Welfare (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in Kanto-Koshinetu Region ;
D prove to have obtained license for selling a medical instrument in accordance with the Pharmaceutical Affairs Law ;
E prove that they can deliver the thing on the date and to the place specified by the Obligating Officer ;
F meet the qualification requirements which the Obligating Officer may specify in accordance with Article 5 of the Regulation ;
⑺ Time-limit for tender : 2 : 00 P.M. August 24, 2023. In response to the new coronavirus, inviting opinions is omitted because it is necessary to save labor as soon as possible in order to secure medical resources at the Radiology Department.
