Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : KENTA Sakamaki, Commander, 10th Regional Coast Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : ①~⑥2 ⑦26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ①About 918,000L (Fuel Oil A). ②About 330,600L (Gas Oil (Tax, Exemption)). ③About 13,830,000L (Fuel Oil A). ④About 581,000L (Gas Oil (Tax, Exemption)). ⑤High speed internal combustion engine oil and 18 items. ⑥About 102,000L (Gas Oil (Tax, Exemption)). ⑦Pyrotechnics (signal with parachute) and 18 items. ⑷ Delivery period : From 1 October 2023 through 31 March 2024. ⑸ Delivery place : ①②Naze Port. ③④⑤Kagoshima Port. ⑥Ushibuka Port. ⑦As per the specifications. ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Supplier eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall ; ⅰ)not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ⅱ)not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ⅲ)①~⑥have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022・2023・2024. ⑦have Grade C of level of interest in "Selling" in Kyusyu・Okinawa area in terms of the qualification for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022・2023・2024. ⅳ)The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract. ⅴ)have registered with the relevant authorities, in accordance with the Petroleum Stockpiling Law (Law No. 55 of 2001), to initiate business of selling Petroleum Products. ⅵ)not be the business operators that a gangster influences management substantially or the person who has exclusion request from Ministry of Land, Infrastructure, Transport and Tourism is continuing state concerned. ⑺ Time limit for tender ; 5 : 00 P.M. 28 August, 2023. ⑻ acquire the electric certificate in case of using the Electronic Procuring system. https://www.geps.go.jp/ ⑼ Contact point for the notice : MASA-YOSHI Saikawa, Bid Examination Section, Finance Division, Finance and supply Department 10th Regiona1 Coast Guard Headquarters 4-1, Higashikohrimotocho, Kagoshima-city, Kagoshima Prefecture 890-8510 Japan TEL 099-250-9800 ext. 2223
