⑶ Subject and Quantity of the product to be purchased : Electricity to be use in Yamanashi Prefectural Police School ; 1 set
⑷ Delivery period : From October 1st, 2023 to September 30th, 2024
⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation.
⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who are stated below :
① Do not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the necessary consent for making a contract are applicable to the case with the special reason mentioned in the Article 70.
② Do not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting.
③ Being graded A, B, C or D of "Manufacturing" or "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal 2022, 2023 and 2024, and have the qualification of participating in the tenders in Kanto and Koshin-etsu area.
④ Not being suspended from Trams actions by the officials in charge of contract.
⑤ Being registered as an electricity retailer in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law.
⑥ Fulfill the requirements mentioned in the tender documentation from the viewpoint of conservating energy and reducing CO.
⑦ Not being the business operators that are issued an exclusion request from undertakings ordered by the government by the police authorities with the reason that it is substantially controlled by gangs or gangsters, and are under that request.
⑺ Submission Deadline of Tender : August 21th, 2023, 5 : 00 pm.
