Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause.
ⅱ not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting,
ⅲ have Grade B, C of level of interest in "Selling" in Kanto・Koshinetsu area terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year, 2022・2023・2024.
ⅳ The person who is not being suspended from transaction by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
⑺ Application deadline : 17 : 00, 27th, July, 2023.
