Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ ⑶①~③have the Grade "A" or "B" in the "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" ⑶④have the Grade "A", "B", "C" or "D" in the "Manufacture of product" or "Sale of product" for participating in tenders by Ministry of Agriculture, Forestry and Fisheries (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal year 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ prove to have prepared a system to provide rapid after sales service and maintenance for the procured products. ⑤ Prove not to be a period of receiving nomination stop from the contracting officer etc. ⑺ Time-limit for tender : 14 : 00, 18 August, 2023 (tenders submited by mail 17 : 00, 17 August, 2023) ⑻ Contact point for the notice : National Forest Management Division, National Forest Department, Forestry Agency, 1-2-1 Kasumigaseki Chiyoda-ku, Tokyo 100-8952 Japan.
