⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : IIZUKA Akinari, Commander, 1st Regional Coast Guard Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be Procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Electricity to be used in Mombetsu Coast Guard Office and other 8 places (meter rate lighting) ⑷ Delivery period : From 1, October, 2023 through, 30, September, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation ⑹ Qualifications for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : A not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, Minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. B not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. C have Grade A, B, C or D of level of interest in "Selling" in Hokkaido area in terms of the qualifications for participating in the tenders by the Ministry of Land, Infrastructure and Transport and Tourism (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in the fiscal years 2022・2023・2024. D have registered in accordance with article 2-2 of the Electricity Utilities Industry Law. E The person who is not being suspended from Transactions by the request of the officials in charge of contract.
