Summay of notice	⑴ Official in charge of disbursement of the procuring entity : YAMADA Tomohiro, Chief of Finance of Niigata Prefectural Police Headquarters. ⑵ Classification of the products to be procured : 26 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : ① Contract electricity for the building of Niigata Prefectural Police School : 215 kW The estimated electricity to be used per year : 467,070kWh ② Contract electricity for the building of Niigata Prefectural Police Riot Police 58 kW The estimated electricity to be used per year : 279,530 kWh ③ Characteristics of the products to be procured : As shown in the tender documentation ⑷ Delivery period : From October 1, 2023 through September 30, 2024 ⑸ Delivery place : As shown in the tender documentation. ⑹ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tenders are those who shall : ① Not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, persons under curatorship or persons under Assistance who obtained the required consent to conclude a contract may be applicable to cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② Not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ Be graded as A, B or C in "Manufacturing" or "Selling" in terms of the qualification for participating in tenders by The Cabinet Office (Single qualification for every ministry and agency) in fiscal years 2022, 2023 and 2024. ④ Not be suspended from transactions by a request of the official in charge of contract. ⑤ Not have an exclusion request from the Japanese government as a business operator whose management is substantially influenced by a gangster and the state concerned still continues. ⑥ Be registered as an Electricity Business Retailer in accordance with Article 2-2 of the Electricity Business Act. ⑦ Meet the standards of the tender documentation from the viewpoint of reducing CO. ⑺ Submittal deadline : 17 : 00 August 9, 2023 ⑻ Contact point for the notice : Supplies and Procurement, Finance Division, Police Administration Department, Niigata Prefectural Police Headquarters 4-1 Shinko-cho, Chuo-ku, Niigata-shi Niigata 950-8553 JAPAN.
