Summay of notice	⑴ Contracting Entity : Tomoya Yoshioka, President, Japan Student Services Organization (JASSO). ⑵ Classification of the services to be procured : 71, 27 ⑶ Nature and quantity of the products to be purchased : Replacement of cloud-based groupware system and license purchase, 1 set ⑷ Delivery period : by 31 January, 2024 ⑸ Fulfillment period : From 1 January, 2024 through 31 January, 2029 ⑹ Delivery place : as in the tender documentation ⑺ Qualification for participating in the tendering procedures : Suppliers eligible for participating in the proposed tender are those who shall : ① not come under Article 70 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. Furthermore, minors, Person under Conservatorship or Person under Assistance that obtained the consent necessary for concluding a contract may be applicable under cases of special reasons within the said clause. ② not come under Article 71 of the Cabinet Order concerning the Budget, Auditing and Accounting. ③ have Grade A or B in terms of the qualification for Participating in tender of the "offer of services" by Single qualification for every ministry and agency in Kanto・Koushin"etsu region in the fiscal year, 2022, 2023, 2024. ④ not be currently under a suspension of business order as instructed by the President. ⑤ "Law about prevention of an unfair act by a gangster" be not the mobster and the member, the associate member or the person concerned going to be prescriptive in. ⑥ have ISMS (Information Security Management System) or ISO27001. ⑦ Among the members who design, builed and implement those who are particularly central to implementation must have a history of executing implementation projects of similar scale or larger multiple times in the last five years. ⑧ Within the last 5 years, have a track record of introducing cloud groupware at least 5 institutions (500 or more people are eligible for use by one institution) ⑻ Time limit of tender : 5 : 00 PM 20, June 2023. ⑼ Contact point for the notice : Accounting Division, Japan Student Services Organization, 10-7 IchigayaHonmuracho, Shinjuku-ku, Tokyo, Japan 162-8412 TEL 03-6743-6022
