Assignment Title: Senior IT Consultant to manage implementation of the development of the Social Protection Information System and the Labour Market Information System

The Government of Jamaica/Ministry of Labour & Social Security has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of implementing the Social Protection for Increased Resilience and Opportunity (SPIRO) Project and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services of a Senior Information Technology Specialist.
Objective of the Consultancy: The Senior Information Technology Specialist is required to oversee, coordinate, and manage the development of the Social Protection Information System and the Labour Market Information System for the delivery of key services in the Ministry of Labour & Social Security.
Duration of the Consultancy:The consultancy will be full-time for two (2) years in the first instance to commence by the end of June 2025.
Selection Method: Individual Consultant Selection Method as set out in the Procurement Regulations. The evaluation will be based on the academic, technical expertise and work experience as detailed in the Terms of Reference.

Submission Date & Time: CVs must be submitted online via www.gojep.gov.jm on or before February 25, 2025, at 4:00 p.m.

Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services.
