The objective of this QSQ is to qualify Applicants onto the Qualifications System for the supply of water meters within the following five lots: 1.Rotary Piston Meters with Radio Units 2.Electromagnetic Meters 3.Mechanical meters, including combination, turbine and single jet 4.Inline Ultrasonic meters 5.Radio units suitable for connection to water meters (clip-on or wired) Products must conform with the EU Measuring Directive (MID) and be compliant with EN ISO 4064:2014 or equivalent

Ireland Lot 1 - 22/029 - Rotary Piston Meters with Radio Units

Lot 1 - Supply of concentric and inline rotary piston water meters in accordance with the Irish Water Technical Specification for Water Flow Meters IW-TEC-1000-01-04, and the provision of associated services and after sales support. The meters will typically be DN15 (and predominantly concentric), with smaller numbers of inline and larger sizes to be supplied. Please refer to the QSQ document for further information.

Lot 2 - Supply of electromagnetic water meters in accordance with the Irish Water Technical Specification for Water Flow Meters IW-TEC-1000-01-04, and the provision of associated services and after sales support. Both mains and battery-powered meters are required, and for both potable water and wastewater applications. Sizes from DN40 and above. The estimated number to be supplied is 1,500 per year. Lot 3 - Supply of Mechanical Bulk Water Meters (DN 32 and greater), in accordance with the Irish Water Technical Specification for Water Flow Meters IW-TEC-1000-01-04, and the provision of associated services and after sales support.
