The yogurt processing line should include: Compact pasteuriser 1,000 L/H 1,000 litre yogurt processing tank 1,000 litre powder mixing and hydration tank Homogeniser Transfer pump from milk storage bulk tank to pasteuriser/hydration tank Transfer pump from processing tank to installed filling machine In line cooling when pumping from processing tank before filling Fully automated CIP washing for all elements Complete pipe work for all components to be connected
