Framework for Trail Civils, Drainage and Ancillary Works in Mayo.

18th August 2023

You are invited to submit a Tender for the above contract in accordance with the enclosed Instructions to Tenderers.

The project involves the development of a Skate park at Lough lannagh for use by the Community by connecting an existing trail to access loop walks, local amenities and sports facilities. General works include civil and site works, drainage, surfacing and ancillary soft landscaping.

The Employer is Mayo County Council and completed tender submissions must be returned electronically via etenders on or before 4.00pm Friday the 08th September 2023 and in accordance with the Instructions To Tenders. Tenders must be delivered electronically via eTenders by the time and date specified. Tenders submitted not in accordance with the Instructions to Tenderers will not be considered. Queries must be lodged on or before the 04th September 2023.

Tenders will be assessed according to this criterion. Mayo County Council does not bind itself to accept any Tender and will not pay compensation whatsoever in connection therewith.

Documents Required

The following documents, forms and evidence must be submitted and completed in full (in ink by hand where required):

• Volume B - Form of tender and Schedule.
• Volume C - Pricing documents
• Declaration, Appendix A1.
• Confirmation of Proposed PSCS and completed BCP2 form

The following may be submitted with the tender or when requested from the Employer:

• Valid Tax Clearance Certificate.
• Evidence of Insurances including Public and Employers Liability Insurance if renewed since panel was formed).
• Works programme.
