RFQ Customer relationship management (CRM) technology for managing company's relationships and interactions with clients (Ирландия - Тендер #42700997)

WAP wishes to engage a CRM provider to deliver a CRM System initially for approximately 6 Tús users, manager, and a Systems Administrator. This project will include the Design, Development, and Implementation of the system. The project should also include on-site training for Tús staff to allow familiarisation with full use of the system (to ensure maximum user adoption) and 1-1 training for the appointed System Administrator and System Superuser.

The requirement is to:

• Provide an individual single cloud based shared Programme based CRM solution
• Build in effective communication and communication tracking functionality
• Enable multi-stakeholder reporting including internal management, Board reports and external reporting
• Enable Contact and Organisation management and standard relationship management functionality including calendar events, tasks and communications including phone logs, emails and SMS texting associated with contacts.
• Provide a single point of contact within your organisation to manage the project from conception to implementation
• Provide a project ‘Risk’ schedule with relevant defined mitigation strategies
