The overall scope of the project is the construction of a c.3,000m2 GIFA Advanced Building Solution, plus associated car parking, site services, landscaping and related works which will allow for future expansion of the office and production areas, at IDA Cavan Business & Technology Park, Co Cavan Designed to achieve nZEB compliance, the building is to consist of approx. 2,569m2 (27,652ft²) production space with a parapet height of circa. 13.7m (45ft.). The ancillary office space over two floors comprising approx. 237m² (2,551ft²) will be fitted out to include raised access floors, suspended ceilings, lighting, heating, air conditioning, finished toilets and common areas The works are to be completed by September 2024 (indicative)
