On behalf of our client, Kilkenny & Carlow ETB, you are hereby invited to submit a tender for the works
noted above in accordance with the tender information as included on e- tenders.
You are advised to visit the site in advance of submitting your tender to ascertain any local conditions,
which might affect your tender; any claims arising from your failure to inspect the site will be rejected.

The Date for Commencement is to be agreed upon appointment, but it is envisaged that works will
commence in early August 2023..
Please note the tender procedures as outlined in the Instruction to tenders, Form of tender and
Suitability Assessment Questionnaire. Please note tender submission will only be accepted
electronically via etender online. Tenders must be submitted in 2 separate online "envelopes"/folders:
Envelope 1: Technical Documents Completed Quality Assessment Questionnaire (QW2 and
appendices) Envelope 2: Quotation Documents: To contain the completed Form of Tender &
Schedule and the completed Pricing Document including both the Mechanical and Electrical Tender
price breakdown.
