"The Board of Management of Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne, (the “Contracting Authority”) invites tenders (“Tenders”) to this request for tenders (“RFT”) from economic operators (“Tenderers”) for the supply of the goods as described in Appendix 1 to this RFT (the “Goods”). The Goods are required to be supplied and installed in Pobalscoil Chorca Dhuibhne on or before the end of June 2024." In summary, the Goods comprise: T4 Tools and Equipment, based, mostly on specifications by the Department of Education (DE) for post-primary schools. This public procurement competition (the “Competition) is in one (1) Lot. Tenderers must be able to supply each item on the specification list as per the Lot tendered for as provided in the specification and descriptions documents accompanying this RFT document and must provide the relevant price in the excel pricing worksheet also. An incomplete Lot will not be considered. Note: some lists contain more than one section, in such cases the Lot comprises of all sections mentioned. Tenderers must be aware that there will only be a tight opportunity from purchase order placement and for delivery and installation. If the successful Tenderer cannot meet the delivery requirements they state, the Contracting Authority has the prerogative to procure from the second highest ranked Tenderer. The Lots: Lot 1 – Tools & Equipment required for the teaching & learning experience of the subject Applied Technology in post-primary school. Lot 2 - Tools & Equipment required for the teaching & learning experience of the subject Wood Technology in post-primary school. Lot 3 - Tools & Equipment required for the teaching & learning experience of the subject Design & Communication Graphics (DCG) in post-primary school. Lot 4 - Tools & Equipment required for the teaching & learning experience of the subject Engineering in post-primary school. Lot 5 - Tools & Equipment required for Wood Maching in post-primary school.
