Dear Sirs,
We have been asked the by Limerick and Clare Education and Training Board to seek competitive
quotes for the Proposed Modular / Pre-fabricated Art Studios at LCFE Mulgrave Street Campus,
Mulgrave St, Limerick. Please find attached the tender documentation for same. These include:
· Volume A: Works Requirements
· Volume B: Form of Tender and Schedule
· Volume C: Pricing Document
· Additional Information
· Suitability Assessment Questionnaire
Tendering Contractors may visit the site prior to tendering to ascertain the full extent of the works, all
local and site conditions, including access to the site etc. No claim arising as a result of neglecting to
carry out such an inspection will be entertained. A site visit may be arranged by contacting Enda Finn,
Deputy Principal at 061-414344.
Tendering contractors must submit a detailed programme with their tender submission. This
programme must demonstrate the tendering contractors ability to fully complete the works and
to be ready for client occupation by the 31st of August 2023.
Competitive tenders comprising the Detailed Programme , Declaration of Suitability, Schedule & Form
of Tender together with fully rated pricing document must be returned via the e-tenders portal. Tenders
are to be received no later than 12:00pm on Friday 2nd June 2023.
