Kilkenny and Carlow Education and Training Board is seeking to appoint a suitable energy consultant via a competitive tender process using the Department of Public Expenditure and Reform’s Conditions of Engagement for Consultants in order to carry out energy audits in a number of KCETB facilities. Please note that Tenderers must be a Registered SEAI Energy Auditor in order to submit a tender response for this competition. If you are not a Registered SEAI Energy Auditor we cannot accept your submission for this Tender Competition. The works will be located within schools, FET (Further Education & Training) Campuses & Offices in Counties Carlow and Kilkenny.
