Short description TCC001666E - An Architect led Single Point Design Team for development of the Proposed Modular Extension to the Questum Acceleration Centre at Ballingarrane Science and Technology Park, Ballingarrane, Clonmel Detailed description The Contracting Authority (Tipperary County Council) intends to appoint an Architect led Single Point Design Team (SPDT) for the proposed Modular Extension to the Questum Acceleration Centre at Ballingarrane Science and Technology Park, Ballingarrane, Clonmel, Co. Tipperary. The development will consist of a single storey extension comprising of modular glazed link corridor and 10 no. associated modular multi-purpose buildings (laboratories / office & ancillary spaces) to the western side of the existing Questum Acceleration Centre. The proposed development is to provide additional lab, office and ancillary space to facilitate business start-up, incubation and Research and Development. The development also includes for associated service connections, extended access road, footpaths, public lighting, car and bicycle parking and vehicular turning areas, site drainage and assoicated site development works. The appointed single point design team will be required to provide consultancy services from project review of current design, stakeholder engagements, statutory approvals, detailed design, procurement, construction delivery and handover for the occupation in accordance with the enclosed Project Brief.
