The EPA has a requirement for an automated Procurement and Contract Management System which will result in a central repository of all tendering & contract management activities that the EPA is engaged in, and will enable the EPA to capture, manage and report on all its procurement and contract activities. The EPA’s procurement activities are subject to Public Procurement Directive 2014/24/EU and any solution must be capable of being configured to take account of the statutory requirements.
