This is a tender for the Enfield Development Group. The works to include: - Replace the existing (asbestos containing) corrugated main hall roof with a new insulated metal roof, associated gutters, downpipes and flashings; - Replace part (rear) of the existing asbestos containing slate roof with a new slate finish & AOV; - Strip out and remove all parts of the internal walls and fittings to be demolished; - Infill and alter new walls required for new M&E services; - Fit new stairs; - Install an entire new Electrical fit-out; - Install an entire new Mechanical fit-out.
