Dear Sir / Madam,

On behalf of our client, Kilkenny & Carlow ETB, you are hereby invited to submit a tender for the works noted above in accordance with the enclosed tender documents and drawings issued from Brian Dunlop Architects and MSM Ltd. Consulting Engineers.

You are advised to visit the site in advance of submitting your tender to ascertain any local conditions, which might affect your tender; any claims arising from your failure to inspect the site will be rejected. Arrangements to visit the site should be made through Tom Dowling c/o Brian Dunlop Architects at tom@bdarchhitects.ie (mailto:tom@bdarchhitects.ie)

The Date for Commencement is to be agreed upon appointment, but it is envisaged that works will commence as soon as possible so that the building will be in place prior to the Schools return from summer holidays towards the end of August 2023. You are required to advise in your Tender Return, both the lead in time and the length of your proposed construction / installation period.

Please confirm that the unit you are proposing to provide is new and un-used. Please note this tender is for supply, installation, and outright sale of the unit to KCETB

Please note that all works are to be quoted for and itemised as per the enclosed document titled “MC Price Breakdown” in Volume C and as per the M&E Pricing Documents in Volume C Pricing Documents. These documents are to be returned with the Form of Tender. All works are to be accounted for in this tender and completed by the accommodation supplier’s team.
