    The sociological research envisages:

  • Running representative social survey (Task 1) to reveal changes in awareness of the Ukrainian public of issues related to illicit possession, misuse of and illicit trade in WAE.
  • Two (2) focus group studies (Task 2) to explore perceptions of WAE circulation in Ukraine, discuss methods to combat illicit weapons, and identify key messages and communication channels, guided by a pre-approved discussion plan.
  • An assessment (Task 3) to evaluate the impact of the campaign implemented on the basis of sociological research.

    • A successful bidder must cover the full scope of required services. Partial proposals are not permitted.

    Conflict of Interest Restriction:

    The contractor awarded under this tender shall not be eligible to participate in any subsequent tender related to the development and/or implementation of the communication campaign arising from or based on the results of this assignment.
