Information for Bidder/Consultant :

Eligibility of Tenderer :	All eligible bidders with valid CDB certificate and registered with the e-GP system can participate. Note: The bidder shall be considered responsive only if the following pre-eligibility criteria are met: If it"s not a design-build firm, a legal Joint Venture Agreement should be executed between the National Contractor(s) and the National Consultancy Firm forming the Design-Build (DB) Contractor, approved by BCTA. All the National partners of the DB Contractor shall have a valid Trade License, and their registration with the Bhutan Construction and Transport Authority (BCTA) shall be valid at the time of bid submission. The National Consultancy Firm shall have successfully completed similar work experience within the last five (5) calendar years, involving the design of building projects with a cumulative value of Nu. 1 million and above. All the entities of the Association (Contractor(s) and Consultancy Firm) shall have valid tax clearance certificates or other relevant tax documents issued by the competent authority. The DB Contractor shall consist of a partnership between one Contractor and one Consultancy Firm only. Partnership formed by more than one contractor or by multiple consultancy firms shall be deemed non-responsive. Bids not meeting all pre-eligibility criteria shall be rejected without further evaluation.
