a) Price for Firm Items (Blue Plush Keychains with Blue Eco-Bags and Purple Plush Keychains with Purple Eco-Bags); and b) Completed Annexes A-D
Manual Submission of Samples:
a) Suppliers are required to submit samples of plush keychains with eco-bags or equivalent items which they have produced for past projects. In the absence of such samples, suppliers may submit samples of other works that demonstrate the quality of their workmanship, including material quality and construction methods (matching our requirements for embroidered features, printing, and other specifications).
b) The sample(s) must be submitted to the Authority by the ITQ closing date and time at the following location and address.

Sample Submission Instructions:
a) Each sample must be placed in a separate envelope.
b) Each envelope must be clearly labelled using the submission form for plush keychain samples provided in Annex E (Part 2-Requirement Specifications).
c) Suppliers must email Nazirah Hamid at nazirah_begum_hamid@iras.gov.sg immediately upon submission of samples to notify the Authority.
d) The Authority will provide written acknowledgement of receipt upon receiving the samples.
