RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.
(i) Registration with the BCA with the designated registration head & financial grade as specified in this clause is a critical criterion. Tenderers must be registered with the following BCA Workhead:
(a) ME01-L6 AND ME05-L6; OR
(b) ME15-L6.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA) & CLEARANCE FORM:
Tenderers are required to complete & submit the attached to LTA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg with subject heading "Term NDA ID - declared for Contract BD403":
(1) Term NDA for access to Tender documents/drawings & Tender Briefing.
Pls note that password (except DCPS Appendix F) will only be provided AFTER:
(1a) Term NDA declaration, pls quote the Term NDA reference ID issued by LTA (e.g. NDA26xxx);
(1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.
(2) Clearance Form for access to DCPS Appendix F.
Pls note that password will only be issued AFTER:
(2a) Your firm"s authorised signatory (1 personnel) has been cleared.

Pls note that clearance processing requires at least 4 weeks. Complete the form accurately using the prescribed template. Any resubmissions or corrections will require the same processing duration.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA and Clearance Form if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents; & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Pls refer to ITT clauses 5 & 6 for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Quantitative Method as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT will be used for evaluation.
