RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

(a) All refurbishment works shall be conducted locally in Singapore; and
(b) At least five (5) years of relevant experience, demonstrated through completed projects, ongoing contracts, or other documentary evidence showing sustained involvement in the manufacturing and/or repair of bus or coach interior and exterior bodies.

Tenderer shall submit supporting documents for items (a) and (b) as proof of compliance to the above critical criteria as stated in Appendix H of Instructions to Tenderers.

SUBMISSIONS:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 14, 16 & 22 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.
