RemarksCRITICAL CRITERIA:
Registration with GeBIZ and the eligibility criteria as specified below are critical criteria for this Invitation to Tender. Tenderers who do not meet these criteria will NOT be considered.

1) The Vehicle Emission Scheme (VES) banding, driving range, minimum seating capacity, cargo volume and airbags as stated in Annex A of the Requirement Specifications are critical criteria for this tender.
2) Tenders for this Contract will only be considered from authorised agents.
3) The supplied electric vehicle Year of Manufacture will be from year 2025 onwards and homologated for use in Singapore.
4) The paint colour of the EV shall be white and painted in LTA corporate livery as specified in Annex B of the Requirement Specifications.

SUBMISSION:
Tender submission outside of GeBIZ will not be accepted. Tenderers are to submit both the total tender price and the supporting documents electronically in GeBIZ. Please refer to Clause 14 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
