MONITORING AND EVALUATION SPECIALIST

Saint Vincent and the Grenadines has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the SVG Unleashing the Blue Economy of the Caribbean (UBEC) and intends to apply part of the proceeds for consulting services for the position of Monitoring and Evaluation Specialist.
The consulting services (“the Services”) include
The contract will be for one year in the first instance and would be subject to renewal based on satisfactory performance.
The Officer will work under the guidance of the Permanent Secretary in the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation, Sustainable Development and Culture but will report to the Project Coordinator

The Economic Planning division, on behalf of the Ministry of Tourism, Civil Aviation and Sustainable Development, now invites eligible consulting firms (“Consultants”) to indicate their interest in providing the Services. Interested Consultants should provide information demonstrating that they have the required qualifications and relevant experience to perform the Services. The shortlisting criteria are:

The attention of interested Consultants is drawn to Section III, paragraphs, 3.14, 3.16, and 3.17 of the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” September 2025 (“Procurement Regulations”), setting forth the World Bank’s policy on conflict of interest.
A Consultant will be selected in accordance with the Individual Consultant method set out in the Procurement Regulations.
