RemarksTERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (NDA):
Tenderers are required quote their Term NDA Ref No. if they have a valid Term NDA with LTA for access to the tender documents. Otherwise, tenderers are to complete and submit the attached Term NDA. Please refer to the attached Term NDA notice for submission. You are required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA upon declaration. The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

CRITICAL CRITERIA:
Tenderers shall note that registration with GeBIZ and the BCA under CW02 Civil Engineering workhead with financial category B1 and above and the attendance of both Tender Briefing and Site Showrounds are critical criteria for this tender. Failure to attend the Tender Briefing / Site Showround will result in the disqualification of the Tenderer"s submission.

OTHER CRITERIA:
Tenders who have experience working in railway environment are preferable for this tender. Tenderers who do not satisfy this criterion:

a) may consider joint venture with contractor(s) who possess the relevant track record and/or
b) shall demonstrate their understanding of working in railway environment in their submission

EVALUATION:
The evaluation criteria are as stipulated in Clause 4 of the Instructions to Tenderers.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in GeBIZ is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all Tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price; (b) Price Documents and (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 & 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for details.
