REQUEST FOR BIDS

• The Ministry of Health, State Department for Medical Services has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the Kenya Health Emergency Preparedness Response and Resilience Program (KHEPRR) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the following contracts:

• Bidding will be conducted through Open National Tendering (National Competitive Bidding) Procurement Method using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers” July 2016 updated in August 2018 and November,2020(“Procurement Regulations”), and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations.
• The Bidding Documents in English may be obtained by eligible and interested Bidders at the Ministry’s website (www.health.go.ke) free of charge before the closing date and time. Bidders who download the Bidding Document(s) MUST forward their particulars immediately to procurement@health.go.ke for registration and facilitation with any further clarification or addendum.
• Bids must be delivered to the address below on or before 7th April ,2026 11.00 EAT and deposited on the tender box located on the 1st Floor of Ministry of Health Headquarters -Afya House.
• Bids will be publicly opened immediately after closing in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend at the GTZ Boardroom.
• Electronic bidding will not be permitted.
