(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorised Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-QN260008) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for Quotation For The Services Of Registered Inspector (Mechanical & Electrical Fire Safety Works) For Choa Chu Kang Neighbourhood 6 Contract 5A"

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is sent to tenderer for access to the quotation documents.
