• The Ministry of Education and Training - World Bank Project in Eswatini has received financing from the World Bank toward the cost of the project Strengthening Basic Education System Support to Human Capital Development in Eswatini Project (P173151) and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract[1]forSupply and Delivery of Printed Materials for ECCDE Learning Materials.
• The Ministry of Education and Training - World Bank Project now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for Supply and Delivery of Printed Materials for ECCDE Learning Materials to be submitted at the Ministry of Education & Training, 6th Floor, Office 614, in the Tender box
• Bidding will be conducted through international competitive procurement using a Request for Bids (RFB) as specified in the World Bank’s “Procurement Regulations for IPF Borrowers”(Thirteenth Edition, July 2023) (“Procurement Regulations”) and is open to all eligible Bidders as defined in the Procurement Regulations..

4. Interested eligible Bidders may obtain further information from Ministry of Education and Training - World Bank Project, Procurement Unit. Contact person: Lomakhosi Magagula, email address: procurement@moet-wbproject.org.sz[2] and inspect the bidding document during office hours 0800 to 1700 hours at the address given below. [3]

The Bidding Document in English may be purchased by interested eligible Bidders upon submission of a written application to the email address procurement@moet-wbproject.org.sz or to the address below, and upon payment of a non-refundable fee of E500.00 (Five Hundred Emalangeni only). The method of payment shall be Electronic Funds Transfer (EFT) to the account indicated below

6. Bids must be delivered to the address below [4] on or before the 06 March 2026. Electronic Bidding will not be permitted. Late Bids will be rejected. Bidders shall submit one sealed envelope clearly marked “ORIGINAL BID”, containing the complete Bid. Bids will be opened in the presence of the Bidders designated representatives and anyone who chooses to attend, at the Ministry of Education and Training, 6th floor, Conference Room at 09:10am on 06thMarch 2026

7. All Bids must be accompanied by a “Bid Security” of E10,000.00 (Ten Thousand Emalangeni only. From a reputable Banking Institution.

8. Attention is drawn to the Procurement Regulations requiring the Borrower to disclose information on the successful bidder’s beneficial ownership, as part of the Contract Award Notice, using the Beneficial Ownership Disclosure Form as included in the bidding document.
