(a) Tenderer is to download a copy of the Undertaking for Non-Disclosure attached to this GeBIZ notice and fill in the necessary particulars.

(b) The Undertaking of Non-Disclosure is to be signed by the Director or Authorized Agent of the company/firm, as listed under latest ACRA record.

(c) A scan copy of completed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure shall be emailed to HDB_Contracts@hdb.gov.sg with the email subject title: "(PCG-TN260015) Executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure for PROVISION OF INSTRUMENTATION AND MONITORING WORKS INCLUDING AUTOMATED TUNNEL MONITORING SYSTEM FOR PROPOSED PUBLIC HOUSING DEVELOPMENTS."

The executed Undertaking of Non-Disclosure will be verified before password is send to tenderer for access to the tender documents and drawings.
