Assignment Title: Mid-Term Review of Food Systems Resilience Programme (FSRP)
Reference No. (as per Procurement Plan): BW-CCARDESA-2026-01-01-CS-INDV
The Centre for Coordination of Agricultural Research and Development for Southern Africa (CCARDESA) has received financing from the World Bank toward cost of the facilitation of the implementation of the Food Systems Resilience Project (FSRP) and intends to apply part of the proceeds to engage an individual consultant to assess the overall results of the programme to date and analyze them against the standard project performance evaluation criteria of relevance, effectiveness, efficiency, and sustainability and potential impact.
The overall objective of this consultancy is to take stock of achieved results at output and outcome levels and challenges encountered in the implementation of the project, document lessons learned and draw strategic recommendations to inform implementation of the remaining implementation period.
In undertaking the assignment, the tasks will include, but not limited to:
The consultant is expected to undertake the assignment within 30 working days spread over a period of 90 calendar days starting in February 2026.
