ELIGIBILITY:
Selective Tendering Procedure is adopted for this Tender. Tender Documents/Drawings for Contract T318 will ONLY be issued to the PRE-QUALIFIED TENDERERS on 23 January 2026.

TERM NON-DISCLOSURE AGREEMENT (Term NDA):
Tenderers are required to complete and submit the attached LTA via email to lta_contracts@lta.gov.sg:
(1) Term NDA to attend the Tender Briefing, NEC4 Commercial Workshop, Site Showround and access the Tender Documents/Drawings including the Viewing docs/drwgs, password will only be provided AFTER:
(1a) Term NDA declaration;
(1b) You are also required to declare that you have read and will abide by the terms and conditions as set out in the Term NDA.; and
(1c) Please note that password to access the Tender Documents/Drawings, will only be provided to the Authorized Signatory (1 personnel) of your firm (as per Item 1.6 of PQ Form) who has obtained clearance.

The Authority reserve the right to require Tenderers to resubmit the Term NDA, if they are found to be incomplete or erroneously submitted.

SUBMISSION:
The 2-envelope bidding system in the Government Electronic-Business (GeBIZ) is adopted for this tender. It is mandatory for all tenderers to submit the (a) Tender Price, (b) Price Documents & (c) Technical Documents as electronic response through the GeBIZ portal. Please refer to Clauses 5 and 6 of the Instructions to Tenderers (ITT) for the details.

EVALUATION:
The Price-Quality Method (PQM) as stipulated in Clause 4 of the ITT will be used for evaluation of this tender.

2) Each personnels shall bring and wear his own PPE: Safety helmet/hardhat, Safety vest and Safety boots during the Site Showround. The Authority reserves the right to deny entry into the site to any registered personnels who do NOT bring or wear PPE.

Pls note that Term NDA is required to attend the Tender Briefing, NEC4 Commercial Workshop and Site Showround.
